As no resources are inexhaustible, we have to manage and divide the existing
resources through an equitable system that makes the management and division
fair.
Cultural artefacts such as the pyramids, the Coliseum and the Chinese wall cannot
be valued. We have no right to plunder the earth’s natural resources, nor the
historical footprints made by the human being who formed part of our cultural
heritage.
Culture is partly a historical heritage, partly something that we create continually.
History is being reproduced by the human being and is handed over to the
coming generations in a slightly changed condition. All the time, it is our
background and our surrounding that together with us make us the persons we
are. That is why it is important that our cultural memorials are preserved and
protected.
Finally…
The idea of an ecohumanistic society is built upon freedom for individuals to
form their lives together with others, while not restricting the freedom of other
human beings, no matter if they live in the same village, on the other side of the
earth or if they are not yet born.
The Centre Party Youth wants with help from our visions and ideas build a
society with the human being and the environment in focus, a society where every
individual has the right to make the decisions that affect her own life.
